I HIGHLY recommend Sophia to be your real estate agent. My husband and I decided to move from Washington to Colorado, but we weren’t able to physically go to Colorado so we were extremely nervous to buy a house blindly. We got in contact with Sophia and the first interaction over the phone started with her saying that she is here for us, she will advocate for us, and that’s exactly what we were looking for. We would send her links to beautiful homes and within a couple hours she’d go there and send us video walk throughs. We fell in love with one house and put an offer in but the seller and their agent were being extremely difficult. Sophia went above and beyond to advocate for us and fight for us. It ended up not working out but it was for the best. We kept having her tour houses for us, put another offer in on one and that ended up not working out also. We were feeling defeated, then a house at the perfect price point popped up and the video she sent was gorgeous, it was everything we wanted.. and so did a lot of other people. As we waited on offer review day, knowing that they had multiple other offers, Sophia kept in contact with us and the sellers agent to tell us what we needed to do to have the upper hand. We got the phone call from her saying we got the house and it was like Christmas! We went through so much after this also, our lender was giving us nothing but difficulties but Sophia referred us to someone she knew who handled everything within a couple hours and got us squared away. Sophia and her team are so incredibly knowledgeable and I can’t imagine using anyone else to buy a house. She helped us feel comfortable that everything was going okay and even if it didn’t, she would work as hard as she can to help us, which she did. She did so many things behind the scenes and I just can’t thank her enough. You’re losing out on an amazing house buying and selling experience if you don’t go to Sophia ♥️

She was able to answer all of the questions we had, helped us understand everything we were seeing as we went through the entire process, and just generally went above and beyond as we worked our way through the sale. Her service became even better (if that was even possible) when things went wrong at the time of final home inspection and closing. She helped us sort through all the problems and got us closed only a day later than we had originally planned. Then when we found things wrong at the house after the sale was closed and we were technically no longer her clients, she still went miles above to help us fix the issues we had found and get compensation from our sellers.
