You must complete the required program milestones and sign a buyer representation agreement with True North Group.
Program Requirements & Key Milestones
- Sign Up & Enrollment (Complete intake form, personal preferences, and buyer consultation)
- Financial & Credit Prep (Free credit evaluation, pre-qualification consultation, and budgeting session)
- Homebuying Education (Attend a homebuyer webinar, complete a mini-course, and understand financing options)
- Market & Property Research (Subscribe to market updates, attend a builder community tour, and identify target neighborhoods)
- Closing & Homeownership Readiness (Secure home services, claim closing day perks, and enter the Homeowner Hub for ongoing support)
Requirement for Matching Contributions:
- Buyer Rep Agreement is required for all match options.
- Closing must occur with True North Group to receive the $500, $1,000, or $1,500 match.
- To receive the $2,000 match from CMG, closing must occur with CMG.
- If purchasing through a builder (non-CMG loan), a 3% commission minimum on a $250,000+ home is required for match eligibility.
