Hi, everyone we are the Robison's. My husband has a 23 year old and I have 25 year old. We also have our 5 year old baby girl, words cant express to buy a house in this market. We thought it would be impossible to buy a house in this market today. With the open house's and bidding wars. Im a hair stylist and I hear the heart broken from families. They thought they had their forever home. When they were out bid of thousands of dollars of asking price, and the other buyers having cash on hand offerw. When we started to venture into buying a house. We had so many different mix emotions, especially my husband and I our natives of Colorado. She even said that she would pull over from driving to send it threw email. Tshe contacted the other realator and home owner a offer. They counter our offer and wanted to do a open house. "Sophia wasnt having it. She said no my clients our very interested, has letter from lender about there loan. Also will give the home owner what her couunter offer was. She was not going to the bidding wars."!!!! She made it cleard, we got the contract for the home owners asking. I can go on and on, but all I can say is thank you foreveryting that you did for our family. I dont consider you as just my realator. You were there for us emotionally through the whole process. We were randomly connected to Sophia when trying to look at a specific house through Relator.com. This turned out to be the absolute best random connection we have ever made. From the word go, Sophia was extremely responsive, considerate, and helpful as we attempted to buy a house and move on a short time table in today's market. She was able to answer all of the questions we had, helped us understand everything we were seeing as we went through the entire process, and just generally went above and beyond as we worked our way through the sale. Her service became even better (if that was even possible) when things went wrong at the time of final home inspection and closing. I HIGHLY recommend Sophia to be your real estate agent. My husband and I decided to move from Washington to Colorado, but we weren’t able to physically go to Colorado so we were extremely nervous to buy a house blindly. We got in contact with Sophia and the first interaction over the phone started with her saying that she is here for us, she will advocate for us, and that’s exactly what we were looking for. We would send her links to beautiful homes and within a couple hours she’d go there and send us video walk throughs. If you're looking for a realtor who will go above and beyond while having your best interests in mind, get in touch with Sophia! My sale was rather complicated logistically as I was out of state, but she arranged complicated logistics and scheduling (cleaners -- a couple different times, landscapers, staging, photos, among others) to the point where some/most of those vendors were quite arguably out of the scope of her responsibilities. however, she was very giving and gracious about taking on these additional tasks. With regard to listing pricing and contract negotiations, she provided all the relevant information and gave her opinion honestly but in a subtle way so I felt like I had a good guide but was still able to make the final calls without any pressure. Throughout the process, she kept me informed of next steps and what to expect, and gave me a thorough rundown as we approached closing as well. She's a true professional.
